CARE BY PRODUCT

What are you caring for?

01

Stress Balls & Sensory Bags

Use clean, dry hands and press gently. Avoid sharp nails, hard twisting, pulling, or excessive force.

If warmth makes the texture feel unusually soft, keep it sealed in a cool place for a short time and check its product-specific instructions.

02

Squishies

Compress the main body slowly. Do not pull thin areas or seams, and avoid storing the piece crushed beneath other items.

Wipe the surface with a soft, dry cloth. Do not soak it unless the product page specifically says it is washable.

03

DIY Kits, Fillings & Studio Supplies

Keep each material sealed, dry, and separated. Return unused fillings to their original pouch or a clearly labeled container.

Keep small components away from young children and pets.

DAILY CARE

Three essentials, every time.

01

Keep it cool

Avoid direct sun, hot cars, heaters, and other high-temperature areas.

02

Start with clean hands

The simplest way to reduce dust, lint, marks, and surface stickiness.

03

Seal it after play

Store pieces and materials in a resealable pouch or closed container.

STRESS BALL REFRESH

BEFORE & AFTER PLAY

CARE FAQ

Questions, answered.

Why does the texture feel softer than usual?

Heat during shipping or storage can affect texture. Keep the item sealed in a cool place for a short time, then check it again.

Are air bubbles normal?

Yes. Bubbles can appear during shipping or after play and are common in handmade tactile pieces.

Can I replace the outer skin?

Only selected stress balls support replacement skins. Check the product description and any instructions supplied with your order.

How long will my piece last?

Lifespan varies with product type, frequency of use, pressure, temperature, storage, and handling.
