These natural variations are part of the handmade charm and do not affect normal use.

Different outer skins may react differently to temperature.

Transparent skins may temporarily soften in high heat, so please avoid direct sunlight, hot cars, or prolonged exposure to warm environments.

After play, we recommend storing your stress ball in a sealed bag or container to help keep the texture clean and stable.

Some handmade pieces may develop small air bubbles after shipping. This can happen during long-distance transit and does not usually affect normal use.

Replacement outer skins may be included with your order for simple care and backup use.

If your order arrives damaged or has an issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos or videos.

Each ZENGUE piece is handmade, so small variations in shape, color, texture, bubbles, scent, and finish are normal and not considered defects.

We’ll do our best to help with a suitable solution.

Our stress balls may use different sealing methods depending on the design.

Crystal-sealed pieces are sealed with adhesive, so they may have a stronger initial scent when first opened. This is normal and may fade after the item is aired out for a short time.

Zip-tie sealed pieces do not use adhesive, so they usually do not have a glue scent. They may only have the natural scent of the outer skin material.

Before shipping, we try to let each piece air out to reduce any noticeable scent.
