Return & Refund Policy

We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Each ZENGUE piece is handmade and may contain slight variations in color, texture, or shape. These natural differences are part of the handmade process and make every piece unique.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We carefully inspect every handmade piece before shipping and always do our best to make things right if there’s an issue.


Non-returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used items

  • Items damaged by improper use

  • Customized items

  • Discounted or final sale items


Exchanges

If you'd like a different item, we recommend placing a new order after your return request has been approved.


European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason and without justification.

Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging, along with proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.
