Hold Box Rules
We can hold unshipped orders for up to 14 days.
Use code SHIPTOGETHER only when adding items to an existing unshipped Hold Box.
We can see the code on your order, so you do not need to message us after placing an add-on order.
Only unshipped orders can be combined. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be added to a Hold Box.
Held items are reserved for you. Because handmade pieces are limited, Hold Box orders cannot be cancelled once reserved.
If the code is used without an existing Hold Box, we may contact you to collect shipping or cancel the add-on order.
How to use Hold Box
To add items to your existing Hold Box, simply use code

at checkout.
We can see the code on your order, so you do not need to message us after placing an add-on order.
When you are ready to ship everything together, please contact us with your order number and write:
